Application of water-source heat pump to waste heat recovery of gas-fired heating boilers

Aiming at problem that existing flue gas waste heat recovery device of gas fired boiler is limited by high return water temperature of heating system and is difficult to recover a large amount of latent heat from the waste heat of flue gas, applies a deep recovery technology of gas-fired boiler flue gas waste heat to water-source heat pump. Presents the method and principle of the technology, and analyses the operation data of a boiler room reconstruction project. The results show that the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to below 30 by this technology, and the consumption of heating gas will be reduced by 10%, which greatly reducing the water vapor concentration in the exhaust flue gas of gas-fired boilers and contributing to alleviate the occurrence of haze in the heating season.
